Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to drive store-level performance across assigned locations.

The role provides strategic direction and oversight to Store Managers, focusing on sales, profitability, customer service, and operational excellence. You will partner with Head Office to implement business strategies, optimize store operations, and develop leadership capabilities within the store network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA an advantage).
• 3–5 years in leadership and operations management, preferably retail or multi-store.
• Strong strategic planning, project/change management, cross-functional collaboration, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operations of assigned stores to reach sales, profitability, and targets.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and security procedures.
• Analyze performance and implement strategies to improve sales, productivity, and store results.

The role provides strategic direction and operational oversight to Store Managers, ensuring compliance with company standards while fostering a high-performing and customer-focused culture. The Operations Manager partners closely with Head Office support groups to implement business strategies, optimize store operations, and develop store leadership capabilities.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership and operations management experience, preferably in a retail or multi-store environment.
• Competencies in strategic planning, project and change management, cross-functional collaboration, time management, and the effective use of business applications and productivity tools.
