Job summary

Sucree Coco and Love, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead multi-store operations, drive KPIs, enforce SOPs, and develop high-performing teams.

You will oversee Area Managers, coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and other support departments, and ensure readiness for openings and campaigns. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Operations, 5+ years in operations management, and strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in operations management (multi-store preferred).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proven experience in people management and KPI ownership.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Area Managers and store operations teams.
• Own and drive operational KPIs (sales productivity, labor efficiency, service standards, compliance).
• Ensure SOPs and operational standards are implemented and followed.
• Monitor store performance and resolve operational issues.
• Coach, evaluate, and performance-manage Area Managers.
• Handle escalations, audits, and disciplinary actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and eliminate recurring operational issues.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and other support teams.
• Ensure operational readiness for store openings, campaigns, and changes.
