Job summary

CreditAccess Philippines Financing Company, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to oversee field operations across multiple branches in the Tuguegarao area. You will implement area strategies to achieve targets, supervise branch performance, and represent the organization at Area level.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and communications skills, and the ability to manage a team of 25 or more staff while ensuring integrity and compliance in operations.

Qualifications

• University graduate with at least 4-year degree.
• Minimum five years in microfinance, rural banks or similar.
• Experience managing a team of 25+ people.

AREA MANAGER

Position Summary:

The Area Manager oversees all field operation activities including setting up of branches in the Municipality, meeting the business plan targets, and acting as the organisation’s representative at the Area level. Manage operations of at least five (5) branches in several municipalities

Duties:

Plans, implements, monitor and evaluates area-specific strategies to achieve Area targets including but not limited to recruitment of clients, collection, recovery management, branch expansion, account management and fraud prevention.

Qualifications:

• University Graduate (at least 4 year course)
• At least five years work experience from MicroFinance, Rural Banks or similar industry
• Manage a team of at least 25 headcount
• Good mathematical and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; effective written and verbal communication skills.
