Pagasa Philippines Finance Corporation is seeking an Area Manager to oversee 4–6 branches in the assigned area, ensuring adherence to policies, live monitoring, and achievement of targets through coaching and performance management.

You will lead Branch Operations, monitor performance, manage risk and compliance, conduct regular field visits, and coordinate with head office to optimize portfolio quality and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in branch operations, microfinance, banking, or financial services.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of branch operations, financial controls, and compliance procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel extensively for field visits.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations of 4–6 branches, ensuring policy compliance and performance.
• Conduct branch visits at least twice per month, including two consecutive days.
• Monitor Branch Managers' performance and implement action plans promptly.
• Review DO reports, identify issues, and ensure corrective actions.
• Validate and approve newly formed borrower groups; balance distribution.
• Monitor weekly/monthly branch performance and drive growth.
