Qualifications

• University graduate with at least 4-year degree.
• Minimum five years in microfinance, rural banks or similar.
• Experience managing a team of 25+ people.
• Strong mathematical and organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Team player with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, monitor and evaluate area-specific strategies to achieve area targets.
• Recruit clients and oversee collections and recovery management.
• Branch expansion and account management.
• Fraud prevention and risk mitigation.
• Represent the organization at the Area level.
• Oversee operations of at least five branches.
