Job summary

A financial services company in Metro Manila is seeking a managerial candidate to supervise branch operations and lead the sales team. The role requires strong leadership skills, a background in customer service, and experience in the financing/lending industry is preferred. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise and monitor the daily operations of all branches within the assigned area to Ensure consistent achievement of sales and productivity targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Team Leader, Sales Supervisor and their teams to deliver high performance and maintain service excellence.
  • Analyze branch performance data and implement action plans to address operational issues, improve efficiency, and ensure fast turnaround time accounts processing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Loan Consultants.
  • Handle escalated client issues or operational concerns that cannot be resolved at the branch level.
  • Prepare and present area performance reports and recommendations to management.
  • Facilitate coaching, development, and performance evaluation of branch personnel.
  • Area and hubs expansion and opening.
  • Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.
Qualification and Job Qualification
  • College graduate of any 4-year course
  • 4 years and up related work experience in managerial capacity.
  • Customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership skills
  • Experience in handling people, processing loan documents and accounts. Experience in a financing/lending industry is an advantage but not required.
  • Knowledge in OFW and Seaman industry is preferred
