Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple retail locations within the Vizmin area, ensuring all sites operate efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Developing and implementing regional sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion across your assigned stores
• Monitoring financial performance, including sales figures, profitability, inventory management and budgeting, and taking corrective action where necessary to meet targets
• Conducting regular store visits and audits to assess operational standards, visual merchandising, stock levels and compliance with company guidelines
• Fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to support business objectives and brand reputation
• Identifying and implementing operational improvements and best practices across all sites within your area
• Liaising with head office on matters relating to marketing campaigns, promotional activities and new product launches
• Maintaining detailed records and reporting on area performance metrics, sales trends and challenges to senior management

This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in driving business performance, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining brand consistency across your assigned territory. As Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing a team of store managers and staff whilst ensuring that all sites meet or exceed sales targets, profitability goals and customer service standards.
