Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel between multiple locations as required.
• Relevant retail or business management qualification preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple retail locations within the Vizmin area, ensuring all sites operate efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Developing and implementing regional sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion across your assigned stores
• Monitoring financial performance, including sales figures, profitability, inventory management and budgeting, and taking corrective action where necessary to meet targets
• Conducting regular store visits and audits to assess operational standards, visual merchandising, stock levels and compliance with company guidelines
• Fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to support business objectives and brand reputation
• Identifying and implementing operational improvements and best practices across all sites within your area
• Liaising with head office on matters relating to marketing campaigns, promotional activities and new product launches
• Maintaining detailed records and reporting on area performance metrics, sales trends and challenges to senior management
