Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple stores in the Western Visayas region. You will formulate growth strategies, set targets, and drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and 3–5 years of multi-store leadership. You will coach Store Managers, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and support expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in an Area Manager or similar multi-unit management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple store operations simultaneously.
• Strong financial, operations and people management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement business development strategies to support long-term growth.
• Set performance standards, objectives, and targets for stores within the assigned area.
• Monitor and optimize store operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and coach Store Managers to achieve operational and sales goals.
• Ensure stores meet sales, profitability and budget objectives.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
• Analyze KPIs and develop action plans for improvement.
• Resolve operational issues and provide practical business solutions.
• Prepare reports and present area performance updates to senior management.
• Support expansion initiatives, acquisitions, and new store openings when required.
