Metro Retail Stores Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple retail locations across the Central Visayas region. This full-time role focuses on operational excellence, sales performance, and profitability while ensuring brand standards and top customer experiences.

The candidate must be able to work across several sites within Central Visayas. The position requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and effective collaboration with store teams and head office

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience.
• At least 2 years in area management or multi-site supervision.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in retail management and POS systems; MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and financial reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Central Visayas market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple stores across Central Visayas.
• Monitor sales performance, targets and profitability across locations.
• Recruit, train, and manage store teams with coaching and feedback.
• Conduct store visits and audits for merchandising, cleanliness, safety, service.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and financial reports to identify trends.
• Manage budgets and control costs while maintaining service quality.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Implement promotions and marketing initiatives to boost foot traffic.
• Liaise with head office functions to align regional performance with objectives.
• Lead by example with integrity and commitment to company values.
