Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields.
• At least 5 years experience in logistics.
• Has held a leadership role in a division or team.

• Experience in data analysis, particularly in performance management.
• Engineering background (Industrial/Process Engineering) is an advantage.
• Six Sigma, Kaizen knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of hub leads and area fleet leads within the assigned region.

• Enforce procedures and regulations across assigned hubs.

• Continuously improve KPIs of staff on productivity, quality, service level and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Improve internal processes between hubs and the Operations team to improve SLA.
