Job summary

Electrical Equipment & System Integration, Inc. (EESI) seeks an Area Manager to lead and grow the store network in Pangasinan. You will visit stores regularly, safeguard cash and inventory, and ensure operations align with company rules.

You will hire and coach store staff, monitor competition, approve repairs and expenses, and collaborate with regional offices to drive results. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on store management across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Visit each store at least every other day, check the cash balance (including safe) at least once a week and to draw up a store visit report per store at least once in a week. The store visit report has to be discussed in person with the Store Manager.
• Decide on hirings and dismissals of store employees, except Store Managers and deputies.
• Check the physical inventory counting of his stores and approves the counts.
• Ensure a good flow of information and documentation between the regional office and stores.
• Monitor competition and general market conditions in the area where his stores are located.

• Plan and organize the opening of new stores.
• Check whether the inventory and order procedures are according to the company´s rules and decisions.
• Train new store managers and reviews the training of cashiers.
• Decide on the holiday programs of store managers and deputies.
• Suggest new potential store managers to the Sales Manager and suggests dismissals.
• Participate in the Area Managers Meeting.
