Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a cluster of 4 to 6 F&B store locations in Metro Manila, ensuring operational excellence and consistent brand standards across all sites.

You will lead day‑to‑day operations, enforce BOH processes and food safety, optimize labor scheduling and inventory control, monitor store P&L performance, implement cost controls, and coach teams through regular audits and reviews to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as an Area Manager or Multi-Unit Supervisor in high-volume F&B store operations.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage day-to-day F&B operations across 4 to 6 store branches.
• Enforce strict BOH standards, food safety compliance, labor scheduling efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor store-level P&L statements, implement cost control measures, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
