Job description

The

Area Manager oversees sales and market operations within the assigned

territory, with primary responsibility for building and maintaining strong

relationships with Master Distributors (MDs) and for managing the performance

of assigned Sales Agents.

The Area Manager serves as the key link between Master Distributors, Sales Agents,

and upper management by consolidating field information, monitoring business

performance, identifying market opportunities, and providing actionable market

insights to support effective business strategies and decision-making.
