Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in the Philippines to oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.

You will ensure SLA adherence, productivity and quality benchmarks across the warehouse while monitoring inventory accuracy, cycle counts and shrinkage control.

Lead, train and manage the store team, coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport teams, and uphold safety, hygiene and statutory compliance in all operations.
