Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to manage daily inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities across the Manila operation. You will ensure SLA adherence, monitor inventory accuracy, lead and train the store team, and coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual communication in English and Tagalog, and basic IT skills with an immediate joiner in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination and communication in English and Tagalog.
• Basic computer knowledge: Excel, WMS, Email.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
