Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to manage daily inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, while ensuring SLA adherence and productivity benchmarks. You will monitor inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, lead and train the store team, coordinate with planning and transport, and ensure safety, hygiene and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of warehouse/retail/dark store operations, solid leadership and communication

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
