Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Security Management, or any related field is an advantage.
• With at least 1 year experience in security operations, safety, or facility protection.
• Knowledge of security protocols, incident response, and access control procedures.
• Physically fit and able to respond to emergencies when needed.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Security Officer in overseeing daily security operations within the park premises.
• Supervise and monitor the performance, attendance, and deployment of security personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections around the park to ensure security visibility and compliance.
• Report and respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or violations within the area.
• Assist in preparing and submitting incident reports, inspections logs, and daily activity reports.
• Support in the investigation of security-related issues, theft, or property damage.
• Coordinate with locators, contractors, and visitors regarding park security rules.
• Ensure implementation of entry and exit control of vehicles and personnel.
• Monitor CCTV operations and perimeter lighting for functionality.
• Assist in security briefings, orientations, and drills.
• Recommend improvements in security measures to the Security Officer.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
