Ecossential Foods Corp. in the Philippines is seeking an Area Distribution Partner (ADP) Manager responsible for aligning ADPs with company goals, monitoring STT targets, and leading people development.

You will review ADP performance, support and supervise the execution of marketing programs, and cultivate strong distributor and channel partner relationships in the Bohol region. Qualifications include a business-related degree, excellent communication and analytical skills, FMCG sales

Formación

• Graduate of any business related course with good communication & analytical skills.
• Proven experience in distributor management and channel partner relations.
• Sales experience on FMCG business is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, specifically advanced data analysis using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible in Area Distribution Partner (or ADP) management, SIV & STT target achievement, People Development and implementation of marketing programs

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures that assigned ADP is aligned with EFC’s business goal and objectives

• Monitors daily STT target achievement

• Reviews and Evaluates ADPs performance in terms of achievements

• Support, monitors and ensures the implementation of marketing support programs
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any business related course with good communication & analytical skills

• Proven experience in distributor management and channel partner relations

• Sales experience on Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business is preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, specifically advanced data analysis using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions
