MUCH PROSPERITY TRADING INT'L INC. is seeking a Key Account Officer to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.

You will ensure excellent store execution, product availability, and strong customer relationships while coordinating with internal teams to hit targets and maintain smooth store operations. The role requires field work across stores, willingness to travel, and a proven background in sales or retail operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/management or related field.
• Experience in sales, retail operations, or field work is advantageous.
• Inventory monitoring and merchandising knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans, promotions, and activities to meet territory targets.
• Visit stores regularly to check merchandising, inventory, and product availability.
• Ensure planograms, pricing, displays, and merchandising standards are followed.
• Build and maintain relationships with Store Managers, Supervisors, Sales Associates, and partners.
• Monitor stock movement and prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Identify fast/slow/out-of-stock items and suggest replenishment.
• Monitor competitor activities and promotions within the territory.
• Deploy promotional materials and marketing collaterals accurately.
• Support marketing campaigns, store activations, and trade events.
• Prepare territory reports and store performance evaluations.

Job Summary

The Key Account Officer is responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned territory by ensuring excellent store execution, product availability, merchandising standards, and customer relationships. The role works closely with store personnel, and internal teams to achieve sales targets and maintain smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans, promotions, and activities to achieve territory sales targets.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising, inventory levels, and product availability.
• Ensure proper implementation of planograms, pricing, displays, and merchandising standards.
• Build and maintain good relationships with Store Managers, Supervisors, Sales Associates, and concession partners.
• Monitor stock movement, replenishment, and delivery status to avoid out-of-stock situations.
• Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and out-of-stock items and provide recommendations for replenishment.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions within the territory.
• Ensure proper deployment of promotional materials and marketing collaterals.
• Support marketing campaigns, store activations, and trade events.
• Prepare and submit territory reports, sales updates, and store performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field, undergraduate is welcome to apply
• With experience in Sales, Retail Operations ( SM, Gaisano group, other local retails store), or Field Work is an advantage.
• Knowledge in inventory monitoring and merchandising is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willing to do field work and travel within the assigned territory.
