Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a qualified Sales and Field Operations Associate to oversee daily sales activities and field execution in Pampanga and adjacent areas. You will ensure smooth operations, track performance, and support delivery of products and services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel. Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver's license are preferred, with a focus on building client relationships and meeting business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, account management, field operations, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales and field operations to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Track sales performance and generate timely operational reports.
• Assist in executing sales strategies and achieving business goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and explore new business opportunities.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to field personnel.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned.

• Willing to travel and be assigned within the designated area (Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales)
