Job summary

ITC CORP. in the Philippines seeks a licensed Architect to lead design development and coordination across project teams. You will ensure compliance with NBCP and building codes, produce detailed drawings, and support value engineering.

This on-site role requires collaboration with engineers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams, with a readiness to work on-site as needed to deliver quality, compliant designs that meet budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Licensed Architect (PRC) required.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in design, project coordination, or site-related architectural work.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop (or similar software).
• Knowledgeable in the National Building Code of the Philippines (NBCP) and other relevant regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and design accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willing to be assigned on-site when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural plans, designs, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing engineers to ensure design consistency.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction works align with approved plans and specifications.
• Prepare project presentations, material boards, and visualizations for client review and approval.
• Review and approve shop drawings, as‑built plans, and material submittals.
• Assist in value engineering and design adjustments based on budget or site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with national and local building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the project management team to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Support documentation requirements for permits, bidding, and construction stages.
