Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Architect/Revit Modeler to join a remote workshare team supporting our UAE office. You will collaborate with architects and engineers to produce detailed drawings, develop Revit models, and ensure quality across design documentation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in architecture, strong Revit skills (rendering a plus), and familiarity with interior detailing. The role requires self‑management and the ability to work between Makati/Quezon City or Cebu

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• High level skill in Revit; rendering in Revit is a plus.
• Strong experience with architectural detailing.
• Familiarity with joinery and interior design documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and review own work before submission.
• Knowledge of regenerative design, Dynamo, and Grasshopper is a plus.
• Understanding of ESD concepts and related Revit plugins.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed documents and drawings meeting project brief, scope and specs.
• Prepare and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports and other design documents.
• Deliver technical and design documentation and Revit model development.
• Collaborate with Senior Architect/Design Manager for technical documentation.
• Oversee quality checks of production design and technical docs.
• Perform Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Self‑manage drafting processes, data and modelling information.
• Mentor and upskill the design team on technical delivery.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for experienced Architect/Revit Modeler as part of a workshare team, remotely assisting our UAE office while in collaboration with our Architecture * Design Group.

This position offers good variety of work that will see you involved in:

• Working closely with architects/engineers and other designers to produce a detailed set of documents and drawings that meet project brief, scope, and specifications.
• Prepare, and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports, and other documents relating to the design.
• Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the technical and design documentation/Revit Model development.
• Work closely with the Senior Architect/Design Manager to produce technical documentation for various projects.
• Have full oversight and quality check of production of design and technical documentation.
• Responsible for Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Checking project models and drawings for quality assurance and dimensional accuracy.
• Self-management and coordination of drafting processes, data, and modeling information.
• Mentoring, sharing knowledge, and upskilling the design team regarding Technical Delivery and Model development.

What you will bring to the team

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• High level of skill in Revit. Rendering in Revit is a plus.
• Good experience with architectural detailing.
• Familiarity with joinery, finishes and other interior design documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and able to review/check their own work before submission to team lead.
• Regenerative design / dynamo / grasshopper, etc. is a plus- Understanding in ESD concept and Revit plugin (insight etc) is a plus.
• Available to work from 12:00 NN to 9:00 PM

This job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu City, depending on your home base / location.
