Job summary

GHD is seeking an experienced Architect/Revit Modeler to join a workshare team, remotely supporting our UAE office while collaborating with our Architecture Design Group. You will produce detailed drawings, models, and documentation in Revit, with oversight of production quality and model checks.

The role requires a minimum of five years' experience, strong Revit skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
High level of skill in Revit. Rendering in Revit is a plus.
Good experience with architectural detailing.
Familiarity with joinery, finishes and other interior design documentation is a plus.
Ability to work with limited supervision and review own work before submission.
Regenerative design / dynamo / grasshopper, etc. is a plus; understanding ESD concepts and Revit plugins is a plus.

Responsibilities

Produce a detailed set of documents and drawings meeting project scope.
Prepare and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports and other design documents.
Deliver technical and design documentation in Revit.
Collaborate with Senior Architect/Design Manager to produce technical documentation.
Oversee quality checks of design and technical documentation.
Conduct Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
Self-manage drafting processes and mentor the design team.
