Job summary

GHD in the Philippines seeks an Electrical Revit Modeler to join our multidisciplinary team. Based in the Philippines, you will draft, design and model MEP systems across project stages, ensuring high quality BIM outputs.

You will coordinate with architects, designers and engineers, deliver Revit MEP models aligned with project standards, and support BIM management plans. Hybrid work arrangement offered, with opportunities in Makati/Cebu/Quezon City.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in MEP modelling and BIM coordination.
• Proficient in drawing production for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection.
• Experience with AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP is required.
• Knowledge of project types including offices, hotels, retail and hospitals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, design and modelling across project stages from concept to contract documentation.
• Deliver high quality MEP design within scope, time frame and budget.
• Assist BIM management by developing BIM plans and standards.
• Maintain model standards and coordination with the central BIM model.

Who are we looking for?

We have a great opportunity for a Electrical Revit Modeler based in the Philippines.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Drafting, design and modelling across all stages of the project including, concept design, schematic design, design development and contract documentation, demonstrating your knowledge of technical and design principles
• Deliver high quality technical MEP design within scope, time frame and budget
• Assist the design on projects by completing the BIM management plan
• Maintain the standards and guidelines for all discipline models with regards to LOD and interaction with the central model

What you will bring to the team:

• 3 year of relevant experience, where performance has met/exceeded expectation and preferably working in the consulting industry
• Proficient in the drawing production of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, and fire protection services using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP
• Experienced in various types of projects such as apartments (low, - mid-, and high-rise), commercial office buildings (shell & core, and fit out), hotels, shopping malls, retail, hospitals, and industrial facilities
• Proficient with Navisworks is preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM360, and related tools
• Proficient in the drawing production using Philippine and international design standards such as USA, UK, and UAE.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid (office‑based and work‑from‑home)
