Job summary

GHD seeks an Electrical Revit Modeler in the Philippines to join a global network of architects, designers, engineers and environmental scientists.

The role focuses on drafting, design and modelling across project stages, delivering high quality MEP designs using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP, and ensuring work aligns with project scope and timelines. Hybrid work arrangement available (office-based and work-from-home) in Manila area.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP drawing production.
• Experience with various project types: apartments, offices, hotels, malls, hospitals, industrial facilities.
• Navisworks preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM360 and related tools.
• Proficient in drawing production using US/UK/UAE design standards.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, design and modelling across all stages of the project including concept, schematic, design development and contract documentation.
• Deliver high quality MEP design within scope, time frame and budget; assist the design on projects by completing the BIM management plan.
• Maintain the standards and guidelines for all discipline models with regards to LOD and interaction with the central model.

We have a great opportunity for a Electrical Revit Modeler based in the Philippines.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Drafting, design and modelling across all stages of the project including, concept design, schematic design, design development and contract documentation, demonstrating your knowledge of technical and design principles
• Deliver high quality technical MEP design within scope, time frame and budgetAssist the design on projects by completing the BIM management plan
• Maintain the standards and guidelines for all discipline models with regards to LOD and interaction with the central model

What you will bring to the team:

• 3 year of relevant experience, where performance has met/exceeded expectation and preferably working in the consulting industry
• Proficient in the drawing production of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, and fire protection services using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP
• Experienced in various types of projects such as apartments (low, - mid-, and high-rise), commercial office buildings (shell & core, and fit out), hotels, shopping malls, retail, hospitals, and industrial facilities
• Proficient with Navisworks is preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM360, and related tools
• Proficient in the drawing production using Philippine and international design standards such as USA, UK, and UAE.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid (office‑based and work‑from‑home)
