Job summary

GHD Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced Architect/Revit Modeler to join a UAE-focused workshare team, collaborating with our Architecture and Design Group.

You will develop drawings and Revit models, coordinate with engineers, ensure quality, mentor junior designers, and contribute to technical delivery across projects in a hybrid office/remote setup. Availability 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• High level Revit skills; rendering in Revit a plus.
• Extensive architectural detailing experience.
• Familiar with joinery, finishes and interior design docs is a plus.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and self-check work.
• Regenerative design, Dynamo/Grasshopper; ESD concepts and Revit plugins a plus.
• Available to work 12:00 NN to 9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to produce detailed drawings meeting project briefs.
• Prepare drawings, models, specs, and design documents.
• Deliver daily technical and design docs; develop Revit models.
• Work with Senior Architect/Design Manager to produce technical docs.
• Oversee and QA design and technical docs.
• Perform Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Check project models/drawings for QA and accuracy.
• Self-manage drafting processes and modeling data.
• Mentor and upskill design team on technical delivery and modeling.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for experiencedArchitect/Revit Modeleras part of a workshare team, remotely assisting our UAE office while in collaboration with our Architecture * Design Group.

This position offers good variety of work that will see you involved in:

• Working closely with architects/engineers and other designers to produce a detailed set of documents and drawings that meet project brief, scope, and specifications.
• Prepare, and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports, and other documents relating to the design.
• Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the technical and design documentation/Revit Model development.
• Work closely with the Senior Architect/Design Manager to produce technical documentation for various projects.
• Have full oversight and quality check of production of design and technical documentation.
• Responsible for Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Checking project models and drawings for quality assurance and dimensional accuracy.
• Self-management and coordination of drafting processes, data, and modeling information.
• Mentoring, sharing knowledge, and upskilling the design team regarding Technical Delivery and Model development.

What you will bring to the team:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• High level of skill in Revit. Rendering in Revit is a plus.
• Good experience with architectural detailing.
• Familiarity with joinery, finishes and other interior design documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and able to review/check their own work before submission to team lead.
• Regenerative design / dynamo / grasshopper, etc. is a plus- Understanding in ESD concept and Revit plugin (insight etc) is a plus.
• Available to work from 12:00 NN to 9:00 PM

This job offer can be based either inMakati, Quezon City or Cebu City,depending on your home base / location.
