This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to design and oversee architectural projects that shape the built environment. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in translating conceptual ideas into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and structurally sound designs. Developing comprehensive architectural designs and construction documents for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects
Conducting site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design strategies and project planning
Collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using CAD software and Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools
Managing the design process from initial concept through to construction administration and project completion
Ensuring compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards throughout all phases of project development
Conducting design reviews and quality assurance checks to maintain professional standards and project excellence
Presenting design proposals and project updates to clients and internal teams
Staying current with architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and technological advancements in the industry
Mentoring junior architects and contributing to the professional development of the design team
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification
License is not required but an advantage
Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience in finishing works, design and project delivery
Advanced proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other BIM platforms
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices applicable to local and international standards
Excellent visual communication skills and ability to produce high-quality design presentations
Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed‑use development projects is highly valued
Knowledge of 3D visualization and rendering software is advantageous
