Job summary

Pickup Coffee in Makati seeks an Architect to design innovative spaces, produce working drawings, conduct site visits, prepare cost estimates, and coordinate with various departments to ensure project success from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Enscape, SketchUp, Photoshop and other design tools.
• Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials and best practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concept plans, 3D renderings, and detailed design documents.
• Produce precise construction drawings including plans, sections and elevations.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and consultants on technical specifications and feasibility.
• Conduct pre-construction site assessments to evaluate conditions and gather data.

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing innovative spaces, creating detailed working drawings, conducting site visits, preparing cost estimates, and coordinating with various departments to ensure project success from inception to completion.
