Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor in Pasay (MOA) on a hybrid, dayshift setup. The role focuses on monitoring AR performance, invoicing, collections, and vendor payments while coaching the team to achieve KPIs.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in AR, strong MS Office and AR system knowledge, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting. Excellent communication and adaptability are required for a fast-paced BPO/financial environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AR and collections experience, preferably in a BPO or financial firm.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and other call centre software, AR systems; GDS experience is a plus.
• Accounts Receivable experience is required.
• Team management and performance management responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related finance field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team's performance: ensure AR entries are correct, invoices processed on time, collections made for due and past-due accounts.
• Manage team member login coverage and break/lunch schedules.
• Notify AR managers/Financial Controller of issues and propose solutions.
• Coach agents on performance and KPIs to meet targets.
• Maintain honest, open, and professional communication with customers and staff.
