Multi-M Food Corp. in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Staff–A/R to record and monitor customer payments, issue invoices and statements, and support cash flow management. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong organizational skills and good communication.

This on-site position is based in Mexico, Pampanga, and involves coordinating with Sales and customers to ensure timely collection and accurate financial records.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our Accounts Receivable (A/R) Team . As an Accounting Staff–A/R, you will be responsible for recording and monitoring customer payments, issuing invoices and statements, following up on outstanding accounts, and ensuring timely collection. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and issue sales invoices and official receipts
• Monitor and record customer payments and collections
• Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate with Sales and Customers
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records
• Prepare regular A/R reports for management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable, finance, or related roles
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
