Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 0–1 year work experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Basic understanding of general finance concepts and principles.
• Basic knowledge or beginner level in Excel.
• Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to follow and complete straightforward tasks within detailed instructions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Customer Payments are applied accurately and timely in accordance with SLAs.
• Apply receipts to open balances and rectify processing errors.
• Download customer remittance details and apply payments accordingly.
• Research unidentified payment receipts and coordinate with Cash Collectors.
• Maintain a Daily Cash Receipt file documenting processing times.
• Respond to inquiries regarding payment status.
• Create and distribute monthly reports.
• Attend Monthly AR Meeting to discuss On-Account and Suspense Account payments.
• Review and update Desktop Procedures (DTP).
