Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage client accounts, ensure timely collections, and resolve billing discrepancies. You will coordinate with Sales and Billing to maintain accurate records and produce aging reports, while maintaining professional business etiquette.

The role requires a 36-month hands-on AR background, excellent English communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup near Alabang.

Qualifications

• 36 months hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable or related domain.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
• Bachelor degree in Business Management or Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage assigned accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payments and billing including account reconciliation
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Sales, billing) to resolve issues affecting payment.
• Prepare and present regular reports on collection status and aging analysis.
• Recommend accounts for escalation, legal action, or write-off when necessary.

Overview of the role but not limited to:

• Monitor and manage assigned accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any related degree, preferably in Business Management, Accounting, or similar fields.
• Excellent communication skills; must be fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.
• Minimum of 36 months of hands‑on experience in an Accounts Receivable role or a related domain.
• With no issues and able to report to a hybrid work setup. Candidates residing near our offices in Alabang, Muntinlupa will have an advantage.
• No issues with schedule or shifts; flexible with morning shifts and willing to work on holidays and weekends as necessary. — Shift: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift.
• Demonstrates teachability and consistently maintains professional business etiquette
