Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a highly motivated AR/Collections Analyst to support our Finance team in the Philippines. The AR/Collections Analyst is responsible for the proactive management of accounts receivable, applying customer payments and credits against open invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and reconciling accounts to ensure healthy cash flow.

This role requires 3+ years in corporate collections or credit management, strong Excel and NetSuite skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate collections, accounts receivable, or credit management.
• Degree or advanced qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• Professional AR certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage AR portfolio to ensure timely payments and reduce DSO.
• Apply customer payments and credits to open invoices; reconcile balances.
• Follow up with client AP teams on past-due accounts and disputes.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, and Operations to resolve delays and billing issues.
• Oversee daily cash applications for AR monetization programs to optimize working capital.
• Match cash receipts to invoices and maintain subledger accuracy.
• Analyze aging trends and contribute to cash flow forecasts.
