Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking an Analyst 2, Accounts Receivable to manage customer collections, drive cash flow, and support AR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, stakeholder management abilities, and experience in collections and receivables management.

Night shift with hybrid work is required; ERP experience is a plus. This role offers growth within a globally recognized healthcare organization and exposure to diverse AR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Order-to-Cash (O2C), or related finance functions.
• Proven experience in a Collections Analyst role is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule and under a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer collections and open receivables through proactive follow-ups and customer engagement.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve customer disputes effectively.
• Drive desired customer payment behavior to maximize cash flow and improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Monitor collection performance and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Perform accounts receivable forecasting and trend analysis.
• Conduct root cause analysis related to payment behavior and collection issues.
• Participate in special projects aimed at improving collection strategies, cash flow, and overall Accounts Receivable processes.
