MicroSourcing is hiring a Credit and Collections Analyst in Eastwood, Quezon City. This hybrid, day-shift role will support the Finance Department with payment allocations for accounts receivable in a high-volume environment.

The successful candidate will review remittance advice, verify payment details, resolve unapplied cash, and maintain records. Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset are essential, with opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Allocate payments from AR to invoices in the accounting system accurately.
• Review remittance advice, amounts, and customer details.
• Resolve discrepancies or unapplied payments by communicating with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of allocations and adjustments.
• Generate reports on allocation status and unapplied cash.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards during allocation and reconciliation.
• Assist month-end and year-end closing activities for AR.
• Suggest process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle ad hoc projects and email distribution to the team.
