MicroSourcing is hiring an A/P & A/R Specialist in Eastwood, Quezon City for a hybrid night shift role. The position focuses on invoices verification, AR record maintenance, cash management, and interdepartmental collaboration to resolve billing issues.

Key responsibilities include preparing customer invoices, managing aging reports, and ensuring accurate financial documentation. Strong numerical skills and proficiency in NetSuite are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical and numerical skills.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping.
• Excellent time management and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, such as NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Gather and verify invoices and supporting documentation prior to payment processing.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records, aging, credits, collections, uncollectible amounts and differences.
• Perform daily cash management activities, including deposits, cash receipt logs, posting receipts to AR sub-ledger.
• Monitor and collect outstanding AR by contacting clients via phone, email, and mail.
• Create customer invoices based on consignment reports.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Shipping and other departments to resolve billing issues.
• Prepare and maintain AR aging, open orders, and pending payment reports.
