Job summary

HANSEI CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking an AP/AR specialist to manage invoicing, posting, and reconciliation. You will generate A/P invoices, verify supplier and subcontractor payables, and resolve billing inquiries to ensure timely payments.

You will also match POs, track receivables, monitor aging, and maintain cash receipts logs while upholding high accuracy in processing large transaction volumes. A background in accounting and SAP proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BS Accounting degree to related field (Preferred: CPA).
• Has 1–2 years of work experience in handling A/P and A/R.
• Knowledgeable in tax experience.
• Has proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience using accounting software (Preferably SAP).
• High accuracy in processing high volumes of transactions.
• Strict evaluator of A/P and A/R.

Responsibilities

• Generate A/P invoices.
• Evaluate and verify supplier / subcon invoices and other payables.
• Handle payment inquiries and resolve billing disputes.
• Match purchase orders, receiving reports and invoices.
• Monitoring of outstanding liabilities and AP aging reports.
• Generate accurate A/R invoices.
• Track incoming payments.
• Maintain AR aging schedules and cash receipts logs.
