Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in finance operations or a related leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Proven leadership and people management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and performance-tracking skills.
• Track record in driving process improvement and ensuring compliance.
• Experience with finance systems, tools, and ERP platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with AI tools for optimization.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing AR/AP leaders, plus managing workload and team structures.
• Overseeing escalation handling from internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Generating and analyzing reports on business and program performance.
