Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking an Accounts Receivables Analyst in Metro Manila to monitor, validate, and record payments under the Cash with Order mode. You will ensure accuracy in posting payments in SAP and communicate updates to Sales and Finance teams.

The role requires a CPA, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, and 2–3 years’ experience in AR. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is essential, with FMCG familiarity as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and CPA is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role or similar environment.
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Official Receipts for all collections in a timely manner.
• Record and post payments from GT customers in SAP; validate accuracy.
• Monitor AR balances and send reminders ahead of due dates.
