Job summary

FMC Corporation is seeking a Global Cash Applications Analyst to manage end-to-end cash application and allocation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in Manila. You will reconcile payments, collaborate across finance teams, and support monthly closes in a fast-paced shared services environment.

The role requires 2–3 years in cash applications/bank reconciliation, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
2–3 years experience in Cash Application and Bank Reconciliation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiar with SAP and other ERP systems.
Experience in Shared Services or BPO is a plus.
Strong customer service orientation with interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely cash application and allocation.
Reconcile payment discrepancies and coordinate with Credit and Collections for resolution.
Investigate unidentified receipts and collaborate with Treasury, Local Team, AP Payments, RTR, and other stakeholders.
Perform clearing and posting of transactions; conduct bank reconciliations and BlackLine reconciliation.
Respond to inquiries related to customer account reconciliations and payment applications; support audits.
