Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Finance Analyst in the Philippines to support day-to-day financial operations, focusing on accounts payable/receivable, policy compliance, and cash flow. The role requires accurate processing and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You will manage invoice validation, payments, collections, SAP recording, and month-end close support, contributing to efficient financial reporting in a multinational shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related
• 1 year of AP/AR experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice validation, payment processing, and vendor account reconciliation.
• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment application, collections follow-up, and customer account reconciliation.
• Monitor aging reports and coordinate with customers and vendors to resolve outstanding balances and discrepancies.
• Perform regular account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure the timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in SAP.
• Prepare reports related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and cash application activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve billing and payment concerns.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing required schedules and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
