Job summary

SNR Bank (A Rural Bank) in Pampanga is hiring an Appraiser to join our growing team. The role covers inspection and appraisal of real estate, personal properties, and other collateral offered to the Bank, and supports mortgage loan processes.

You will determine fair market values, prepare reports and documentation, verify ownership and collateral details, and coordinate with borrowers, branches, and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and appraises real estate, personal properties, and other collateral offered to the Bank.
• Determines fair market and appraised values using approved valuation standards and methodologies.
• Prepares appraisal reports, inspection reports, sketches, photographs, and collateral documentation.
• Verifies ownership, condition, location, and authenticity of collateral and supporting documents.
• Coordinates with borrowers, branches, and government agencies regarding appraisal and collateral requirements.
• Prepares mortgage-related documents for approved loan applications.
• Monitors valuation records and inventory of acquired assets and foreclosed properties.
• Maintains appraisal records, collateral files, and related documentation.
• Performs such other duties and functions as may be assigned by Management or the President.
