Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Field Appraiser to perform field inspections and support lending activities such as appraisal, credit investigation, and title verification. The role requires reading floor plans, understanding Cartesian coordinates, and interfacing with government agencies for mortgage encumbrance.

Fresh graduates are welcome; residents of Makati or nearby areas preferred. Frequent fieldwork and physical stamina are a must, and good written and spoken English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Willing to frequent fieldwork and physically demanding activities.
• Able to read/interpret building floor plans and bills of materials, understand Cartesian coordinates.
• Good command of oral and written language.
• Computer literate.
• Good interpersonal relationship.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Residing in Makati City or Nearby Areas.
