We are seeking a licensed and highly skilled Property Appraiser to support our infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Professional License from the PRC and registration with the PRBRES
• Accredited by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) or a BSP-recognized professional appraisers’ association
• Fair market value of land
• Replacement cost of structures/improvements
• Fair market value of crops and trees affected by projects

Responsibilities

• Conduct property appraisals for lands and structures affected by right-of-way (ROW) requirements
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate valuation data into project planning and development
• Review outputs from consulting services:
• Detailed Engineering Design
• Laboratory Testing & Analysis
• Geotechnical Investigations
• Environmental Impact Assessments
• Support structural and land development projects ensuring accurate and compliant property valuations
