Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients for property appraisal.
• Inspect properties and prepare appraisal reports.
• Conduct verification on properties with relevant authorities.
• Verify location at Land Regulation Authority, Bureau of Lands, and Tax Mapping Section; and verify technical description with the Bureau of Lands, DPWH and Assessor’s Office
• Update database by conducting price research on real estate, machinery and equipment, shares of stock, rental rates and related matters
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of reports; comply with bank policies and regulations

Job description

Responsible for providing accurate and timely credit appraisal services so that the proper credit risk analysis decisions can be made.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinates with requesting party and client regarding appraisal of properties
• Inspects and appraises value of properties offered as security by borrowers. Prepares appraisal report
• Consults realtors/ brokers/ appraisers on current market prices of the properties for appraisal
• Conducts the following verification on properties:
  • a. Location verification at Land Regulation Authority, Bureau of Lands, and Tax Mapping Section; and
  • b. Technical description verification with the Bureau of Lands, Department of Public Works and Highway and Assessor’s Office, etc
• Updates database by conducting price research on real estate, machinery and equipment, shares of stock, building rental rates and other related matters
• Ensures proper upkeep of work area and equipment assigned to him/ her
• Ensures confidentiality of information from appraisal works conductedEnsures accuracy, completeness and timeliness of reports
• Ensures veracity of information of clients and loan applicants
• Ensures appropriate use of cash advances and liquidation of cash advances
• Performs other tasks that may be required/ assigned from time to time
• Conforms to Bank policies, rules and regulations
