Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections for Real Estate, Machineries, Vehicles, etc.
• Check property boundaries based on land titles
• Prepare appraisal reports exhibiting high level of technical expertise conforming to professional and company standards
• Perform analysis of property information and responsible to update database
• Analyze technical project proposals
• Responsible for securing/verifying documents and information from various government agencies
• Maintain pleasant relationships with agents, customers, and co-workers
• Base location will be in Metro Manila but not limited to other location to do property inspections
• Perform other related functions as may be assigned from time to time
