Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the requesting party on the property for appraisal.
• Prepare desk appraisal to establish market values from sources such as internet, broadsheets, and brokers.
• Acquire collateral documents from government agencies.
• Verify title and tax declarations with ocular inspection.
• Check owner, description, liens, encumbrances on title with relevant agencies.
• Research for errors in technical descriptions.

Job Summary

The Appraiser will be responsible for conducting property appraisals through desk reviews and on-site inspections to support loans, restructuring, foreclosure, dacion, and property sales endorsed by various business units.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the requesting party/contact person on the property requested for appraisal.


• Prepare desk appraisal to establish market values using internal and external sources such as internet, broadsheets, Classified Ads or inquiries from known Real Estate Brokers or Agents.


• Acquisition of collateral documents from various government agencies.


• Check authenticity of collateral documents submitted by securing certified true copy of title and tax declaration for all appraisal with ocular inspection.


• Check the registered owner, technical description, liens and encumbrances or any other annotation and/or restriction on the TCT/CCT with the government agencies concerned.


• Conduct further research/checking for erroneous technical descriptions.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder.


• At least 2 years of experience in appraisal management.


• Willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.
