Arcadis Consulting Middle East Limited seeks an experienced professional to support and maintain enterprise project management and workforce planning applications within a global organization. The role emphasizes service delivery, incident response, and collaboration with Product Owners and external vendors.
The candidate will own domain app updates, testing, and QA/QC, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance stability, performance, and usability across the portfolio.
Supports business productivity by delivering strong performance, stability, projects and continuous improvement of Project Management and Workforce Planning of the Enterprise applications Oracle and Non-Oracle portfolio
Collaborates proactively with Domain Leadership, BPOs, BPEs, KBUs, and EUs to ensure that software and services meet current and future business needs.
Collaborates with other Tech teams to develop, implement, maintain and improve technical solutions to address business priorities.
Supports the business by owning, managing and administering the Domain applications, tools, reports, and integrations in the Non-Oracle portfolio.
Ensures the availability and performance of the domain systems by providing or directing level 3/4 support, maintenance and updating of the systems.
Ensures compliance with security & data privacy practices for apps.
Partners with Global Technology Services & Operations Tower to manage domain app incident and problem response and resolution, as well as service request queues to deliver high EU satisfaction.
Owns the system updates, patches, and changes, including testing and QA/QC, for Domain systems in collaboration with Product Owners, KBUs, and vendors.
Develops Domain SOPs and KBAs for hand over to Level 1/2 support teams.
Contributes to project delivery by creating value through implementing a new application or a major change and ensure that the project meets its goals.
Contribute to projects conform Global Delivery Enablement PM methodologies.
Collaborates with Product Owners, BPOs, BPEs, and relevant vendors to contribute to design & delivery of continuous improvement priorities that enhance the stability, performance, and usability of applications in the Enterprise Applications portfolio.
Oversees solution development conform company standards (Security, Privacy).
Directs and manages third parties providing application support and enhancement services, including software vendors, contractors, and consultants for Enterprise Applications in the Non-Oracle portfolio for the designated domain.
Minimum of 7 years’ hands-on experience with Project Management and Workforce Planning applications portfolio management at least 3 of which with a multinational company.
Proven track record of Project Managing software implementation projects.,
Demonstrated experience successfully managing high-performing teams and delivering end-to-end scalable solutions in a global company with a complex business environment.
Proven track record of achieving service excellence, including maintaining positive stakeholder relationships and leading teams with internal and external resources. Agile experience preferred.
Partnership with other EA Lanes, Teams, and wider Global Engagement & Operations Team to exceed business expectations
Enterprise Applications portfolio service management and major incident management with EUS Tower
Enterprise Applications portfolio integrations with Global System Integrations team
SOP and KBA development with Global Delivery Enablement team
Service disruption announcements and EU comms with Global Delivery Enablement team
Owns: Contribution to Delivery of application implementations and major changes for Non-Oracle applications
Owns: Support, maintenance & continuous improvement (enhancement) of Project Management and Workforce Planning apps in the Enterprise Applications portfolio
Owns: Increasing customer satisfaction through effective service and vendor management
Influences: Business decisions on application buy vs. build & Oracle vs. non-Oracle for Project Management and Workforce Planning apps
Vetoes: Domain Production deployments that pose significant security or business disruption risks
