Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology-related life sciences.
• Experience in a research laboratory is preferred.
• Background in life science products and applications.
• Willing to undertake 24-hour calls and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in slide presentations and demonstrations.
• Confident and able to project a professional image.
• Able to travel and possess a valid driver’s license.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle all applications concerns and ensure that they are addressed and resolved promptly to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that customers/users are well trained in performing the assays, machine operation and minor troubleshooting.
• Conduct customer lectures and trainings/re-trainings and validate quality assurance on machine installation, troubleshooting and maintenance in coordination with Field Service Engineers.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Microbiology.
• Candidate with 6 months to 1 year work experience in research laboratory.
• Must have a background in Life Science products.
• Prepared to undertake 24-hour calls and troubleshooting from time to time.
• Proficient in slide presentations and demonstrations.
• Confident and can project upright the image of the company.
• Willing to travel and preferably with a driver's license.
